We ship across the United Kingdom. Every order is dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre — no delays, no overseas warehouses, no customs surprises. Free delivery on every order.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge at checkout.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@getclaria.net.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.

Please note that deliveries to some remote areas — including certain Scottish Highlands and island postcodes — may take an additional 1–2 business days beyond the standard estimate.

Packaging

All orders are packaged securely to ensure your CLARIA Sleep Formula arrives in perfect condition. We use discreet, plain outer packaging — nothing on the outside indicates the contents.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will typically be held at your local delivery depot or a nearby collection point for up to 18 days. A notification card or email will be left with collection instructions. If the parcel is not collected within this window it will be returned to us — please contact us and we will arrange a redelivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible at support@getclaria.net or call 01224 023 151 and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
